Cybils 2011, Here We Come!!

Cybils nominations open today!!

I am sooooo excited to be a panel 1 judge again this year; this time around I am proud to be in the Nonfiction Picture Books group. I've been working really hard this year on including more read-aloud nonfiction in storytimes, purchasing more easy nonfiction for the collection, and encouraging patrons to introduce their youngest children to nonfiction, so I am ready to plunge in!

I will, of course, once again endeavor to review Every Single Nominated Title (that I can get my hands on) although this year I'm going to do things a little differently. Rather than try to cram all the reviews in before December, I'm going to schedule them throughout the coming year, so you'll be seeing Cybils reviews from me posting through next year.
