Thanks for hosting.
Hi, Jean. Thanks for hosting! I'm so glad to be joining Nonfiction Monday again after a long absence. I wanted to share a post related to dance-related picture books inspired by Edgar Degas and his paintings. Although some are more fictional than others, they all could be good accompaniments to lessons on Degas and impressionism: http://kerryaradhya.blogspot.com/2011/10/edgar-degas-in-museums-and-in-books.html
Hi Jennifer and Happy Halloween! Here's my post for the day

Hello, Jean! Thank you for hosting today. My contribution is "The Alligator's Super Sense, and More" at "Ana's NonFiction Blog" (http://anasnonfictionblog.blogspot.com/) Happy readings for the Cybils.
Hey Jennifer!
At Abby the Librarian, I have a review of Balloons Over Broadway: The True Story of the Puppeteer of Macy's Parade by Melissa Sweet
http://www.abbythelibrarian.com/2011/10/balloons-over-broadway.html
Thanks for hosting and Happy Halloween!!!
Hi Jen, there are actually three of us in GatheringBooks. Iphigene, Fats, and myself.
This time around, its Fats who did the review, not me. :)
Oops! I do silly things early in the morning (-:)
I have a review of two National Geographic Readers today, Ponies and Trains. The reviews are posted at

Thanks for hosting.
Thanks for looking after today's event, Jennifer.
I'm looking at The Year of Goodbyes by Debbie Levy. Not sure which Dewey # you'll want to put it in. The Doucette Libray gave it and 811 but it could go in the 900's or even the fiction number, 823.
Thanks again.

811 seems to be the consensus of my library system as well. Yay! We didn't have any 800s!
Good morning Jennifer,
I love the Dewey system of organization! Very clever and helpful, too.
I am in with a biography of Jane Austin by Catherine Reef at http://blog.wrappedinfoil.com/2011/10/jane-austen-a-life-revealed/
(A Cybils nominee).
Thank you for hosting.
I love that you're doing this by Dewey Decimal number! Sorry I didn't include mine earlier. The Mysterious Benedict Society: Mr. Benedict's Book of Perplexing Puzzles, Elusive Enigmas, and Curious Conundrums is 793.73
Shelf-Employed - I can move you to the 700s, our system put all the copies in fiction so I just stuck it at the end (-;)
I have a book on counting. I like how you did the Dewey Decimal. Clever.

I'm in today with a MG/YA NFC Cybils nominee, Please Read (if at all possible.) It's in the 300s. (Love that you're doing this by Dewey!)
