Notes
- Only one 12-3 shift left uncovered at the YS desk this week! I started working last week on getting us signed up for some grant software and it turned out to be a mess, so I had a meeting to try and get that fixed this week. Fingers crossed it worked! We finished reorganizing our flyers and a new whiteboard for the Storyroom door. Our wonderful volunteer who runs Paws to Read has a family emergency and I've cancelled the program for the summer. I finished up the week by coming down with a sinus infection, and our one working compressor means the library was actually hotter inside than it was outside, so the week didn't exactly end on a high note.
- However, evening Project Explore was exactly what I had hoped for, even though I felt blech. Just a handful of people, but folks who are only at the library in the evenings and the kids painted, sewed, and came up with their own craft to make puppets with sticky felt, flannel, and the die cut machine.
