This subheading has moved around a bit - at one point I had farm animals in the animals, farm vehicles in the vehicle section, plants in the nature section, etc. In my last update of the section I moved all the items together and while it's hard to judge because of the movement of the collection and our renovation, it seems to have worked out well - at the very least, it's made it easy for me to pull books for displays and teacher requests.

Other titles
- Otis the tractor series by Loren Long
- I personally dislike these, but they have been very popular. I think that popularity is waning.
- ... to the rescue series by John Himmelman
- I love these, but they're mostly out of print. Still amazing storytime choices though.
- Turkey series by Wendi Silvano
- These are very popular and there's one for most mainstream holidays. They're not specifically farm-themed, other than the main character of Turkey and other farm animals.
- Minerva Louise series by Janet Stoeke
- I love this series, but it's out of print and it's just not used much anymore.
