Notes
  • This was the last week of full programs. Summer school ended last week, so we had lots of families coming in to stock up on books before vacation (sports continues of course). The smoke and haze is back, but it's not as bad as before - just miserably hot and humid. We actually did have a good rain storm. We didn't do a very good job taking pictures this summer, but something had to go and that was it. I am irrationally anxious, but everything is actually going fine. We have had really high numbers at the last two Project Explore programs, 35+, and people are staying the whole two hours. This makes it a little tricky as the room is very crowded - but I'm reluctant to move it to the community room because we use ALL the supplies in the workroom and in multiple cabinets etc. I might just chalk this up to summer craziness.
